I have reported this nuisance to Samantha, manager who told me this tenant and dog were leaving. I reported this to another agent by the name of Destiny who told me this dog and tenant already moved out. Why would a company like this hire people who lie? Now I have to hire a lawyer to fix this problem. If you like dog poop this is your place, it's everywhere!

This place is beautiful nice layout office staff friendly but maintenance needs help been there a week and I put in work orders and only one has gotten fixed out of three and the one that was fixed left a mess or on the kitchen floor that I had to clean up but still waiting as we speak for the rest of the stuff to get done still need bedroom blind fixed 😞 but the new guy the older gentleman he came out fixed everything he was excellent with the gray hair keep him around he's good and to the point and quick and efficient thanks to him

They are very understanding and cooperative. Well maintained and clean. Well that was then. Now they can't answer the phone, can't maintain or respond to issues in a timely manner. Today the serviced the main water valve in the building, forgot to turn the water back on, so now I will have to go to Walmart before they close to use the bathroom. The incompetent service has just been getting worse and worse since the old manager Dulce left.

The staff is nice and willing to work with you. The maintenance team does an amazing job and helps explain things. Even the landscaper is nice and friendly. The apartments themselves are old inside. We have had issue upon issue the last 6 months of our lease. Ants and roaches which is disgusting. Big appliances breaking (washer, dryer, stove, AC). The area isn't the safest and our cars have been broken into. The apartments could use so much work and upgrades. Really need to upgrade these apartments to a modern feel inside and get rid of the bugs. We had a good year at this place and the last 6 months things started to fall apart and bugs started to show up and live there. It worked for a first time home for us. We enjoyed the first year here. Just a stressful last 6 months otherwise the experience here was good. I loved the relationship with the staff and how we all were friendly to each other. I knew I could depend on them. I just wish there wasn't bugs and our appliances wouldn't be breaking all the time. I have such high respect though for the staff and how hard they try to help and work to fix things.

Pros: My leasing experience was very professional; Mariah was very helpful throughout the process. My first work order request was addressed promptly; although, some things need supervisor approval to repair or replace. It’s beautiful and quiet here, and the grounds are maintained daily. I’m happy so far! Only two unusual things: The pricing on the vacant unit advertised and that I wanted was based on a different model. The actual monthly amount was more than advertised. I inquired and was given an explanation. Anyway, pay attention, ask and verify. Lastly, my lease is dated a few days before I could get the keys to the apartment to move in; different.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The ladies in the front office have been a pleasure to work with, especially Gabby. She has helped me through this entire process of getting me into an apartment and actually got me in earlier than expected. The grounds are clean and well maintained and maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner. Im excited that we have a hub next to the mailboxes to support my amazon addition lol and clean beautiful pool that I can't wait to take a dip in. I'm so glad that I found this place and chose to move here.

For a 1 bedroom, it’s pretty spacious. We don’t have an assigned parking stall that comes with our unit, but that’s less that we pay on our rent. Bath tub is huge! And there’s tons of storage space all around the unit!

Management was very nice and helpful while moving in, specifically Rae. She helped me with all my questions in a timely manner, and I did call in quite a bit. She stayed after closing (not a normal occurrence) to help me get moved in on the day I wanted. The apartment itself is clean and spacious for the price! Would recommend.

I don’t know why everyone on here is complaining about living here. It was a great place to live. My AC and water heater both went out at separate times, and the day I put in a call was the day it was taken care of. The office ladies were always very nice to us and answered every question we had. I’d recommend this complex to anyone that asked. Cute apartments too, very cozy.

Great community to live at. Very quite and mantiance was always on top of it. Pricing of rent was a bit to high though, with some other fees we had to pay but well worth it to live in a nice community with all kinds of stores around it. I would go back and live there.

Ive lived here for about a weekand a half and havent notices anything out of the ordinary. I never hear my neighbours through my walls, the grassy areas near my apartment are always clean and trimmed. I hear the garbage truck almost every other day so the trash is NEVER piled up. My upstairs neighbours are a little noisy but what do you expect on the first floor of an apartment? Me and my roomate always find parking wayy better than our covered area. There is so much parking around our building. However, when we first moved in the smell of marijuana was powerful INSIDE the apartment. I wouldnt mind much if it was outside, but i wouldnt like my grandparents walking in and smelling that. We havent smelled it much lately. :) All in all, i look forward to living here!!

first of all, if you have roaches in your apartment your a dirty person. I have been living here for almost 2 years and never seen 1 roach. I seen a scorpion one time, told maintence and they had pest control come the very next day. Dog poop on floor is true, but that on the residents. what are they going to do.. ban all dogs?? doubt that. I like living here, its a good place to live, very friendy people. everyone says hi or wasssup depending on who you are. they recently got new managment so the whole property is going threw transition .

I have lived here for 6 months and have not had many complaints. The office staff is nice and fast with completing a service request. The apartment I have is well maintained and I absolutely love the cares team they have for resident functions. I have noticed three issues that may need some attention from management... 1) Homeless people swimming in the pool since it is so close to the busy street. Pool passes may help with this problem. Courtesy Patrol can verify the passes nightly. 2) Parking is horrible. I am unable to find spaces anywhere near my apartment and I have an infant. It would help the property if they charged a small monthly fee for the carports to whoever whants to pay. I was told that my unit did not have a covered space at move in and that I could pay for a garage for $80 per month. I do not like the small garages and would prefer to pay a $10-20 fee for a carport monthly. 3) There are a lot of college students that live here. That is not an issue but it is an issue when there is fighting and loud partying every weekend. I think the courtesy patrol should approach these noisy residents on the weekends to keep the peace. It would also be good idea to have the leasing office follow through with sending compliance notices to the residents that have the police called on them. The police department will notify the office when this happens. Thank you Rio Santa Fe staff for being so wonderful! If this is the only issues I have noticed so far you are doing a great job…
